Some tips for a better, more efficient vehicle.

Autodeutsche saved my skin after my car tyre valve blew on Saturday.Last Saturday the valve on my car tyre broke and my wheel deflated completeley. Very luckily, it happened over the road from the Autodeutsche garage. Although it was after 11am and the guys had already changed out of their overalls as the garage had closed for the day, Chris and the team were very happy to help me out. They removed the wheel from my car and changed the valve for me, before replacing it and having me on my way in under half an hour.I am very greatful to the team for their friendly service and for going the extra mile to help me out and, as I have just moved to the area, will certainly be returning to Autodeutsche for all my future MOTs and servicing. once again, thank you very much guys!

What most impressed me on my last visit was the way they dealt with my warranty company after I had made a mess of things. I can't praise the team at Autodeutsche too highly. They have serviced my BMW for the past two years and on both occasions not only delivered me back a pristine car (unlike the main BMW dealership service I had got used to) but also gone the extra mile in terms of professionalism and customer service.

On the first occasion they reset my hands-free telephone configuration for free (having been told by the BMW dealership that it was going to cost several hundred pounds to upgrade the software) and on the second occasion, when I needed a tow-bar fitted, delivered and collected my car from a specialist company in Hertfordshire - for free.

Exceptional customer service, reliable, honest and, surprisingly good value for money.

I have used the garage twice and have been very impressed on both occasions. Both times I was called during the morning to inform me of the projected repair time, the main issues and a quote for the work. On both occasions the quote was less than other non main-dealer garages and was also accurate! I was initially concerned that the premises looked very expensive and presumed that it might be overpriced, but this was certainly not the case.

The repairs are of a high standard and the vehicle was returned in an immaculate state. What stands out is the customer service; nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very informative about issues particular to the work being carried out.
